Children Build, Learn, and Innovate with New Educational Toy

PRESS RELEASE

Vista, Calif. – Recent research shows that children’s CQ, Creativity Quotient, scores have dropped dramatically in the last 20 years. The creativity of American children is decreasing which could be attributed partially to the increasing pressure and rigidity of early education. Parents need to take proactive steps towards balancing educational demands with creative opportunities.

50 years ago kindergarten was about exploration, creativity, and fun – not education. The tides have changed so dramatically that now kindergarten students have homework and the school curriculum standards leave very little time in the day for creativity. Fortunately, the home is the most influential place for young children; parents need to take this time to encourage creativity and provide new methods for creative development. Smarcks Smart Blocks are one such educational method that challenges children to build, learn, solve puzzles, and be innovative.

Building blocks have always been one of the most fundamental and important developmental toys for children but their popularity has been overshadowed by high tech toys. Smarcks have brought building blocks into the modern era with all the exciting features of sophisticated microprocessor controlled toys. As demonstrated in the new Smarcks Video, Smart Blocks are one of the most diverse educational toys in the world with the unique ability to combine the creativity of building with learning colors, counting, spelling, nursery rhymes, shapes, math, music, puzzle solving, and even good manners. Never before has one toy been able to do so much.

The educational demands of our children are not going to change. They are expected to learn more and learn younger. Smarcks Smart Blocks provide a fun learning environment to meet these demands and at the same time encourages creativity so that our children can be the innovators of the future.
