Normal wear and tear is expected since you will be using the blocks for 90 days. Broken, lost, or abused toys due to chewing or other such damage is not covered under the return policy. The entire Building Set must be returned in working order and in reasonable condition.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization – All returns require prior authorization from Smart Blocks.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number email sales@talkingbuildingblocks.com with the invoice number for your order and the reason for your return.

If you do not include an RMA number on your return slip, we cannot process your request.

  1. Please repack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping box or a similar box and include an email print out of your RMA from Smart Blocks.

  2. We recommend returns be shipped via UPS or insured United States Postal Service for your protection.

  3. Smart Blocks is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

  4. Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order.

  5. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  6. We do not accept COD returns
